Born in Atlanta, GA, and partially raised in Alabama, Jamie is a product of the Atlanta Public Schools system, graduating from Henry Grady High School (now Midtown High) in Atlanta, GA. She is also a double ivy-league graduate, earning her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Jamie is an avid art and antiques collector. She has given her time guiding high school students through the college admissions process and was appointed by the Atlanta Mayor in 2016 to the Atlanta Youth Commission advisory council. She donates and supports several charities and nonprofits with her time and hands-on work within the metro Atlanta area and beyond.
